Review Budz
Review Budz is a community review app for adult medical cannabis patients. This policy explains what information the app collects, why it is used, how subscriptions and website analytics are handled, and how to contact us about privacy questions.
Review Budz is not a private medical record service. Do not upload prescription labels, clinic letters, patient IDs, names, addresses, selfies, or anything that identifies you or another person.
Review Budz Supporter subscriptions are purchased through the App Store or Google Play. Apple and Google process payments directly. Review Budz does not receive or store your full payment card details.
RevenueCat is used to help validate subscription status and unlock the Supporter entitlement across devices signed in to the same Review Budz account. The app stores subscription status such as active, expired, renewal date, product identifier, and store environment where needed to provide access and support.
Reviews, ratings, comments, replies, optional prescribing-clinic selections, public profile details, and review photos may be visible to other users of the app. Uploaded photos may be reviewed, hidden, or removed if they are irrelevant, low quality, duplicated, unsafe, expose personal data, or breach Review Budz community rules.
If you delete content or request deletion, some records may remain for a limited period where needed for backups, moderation, security, accounting, or legal compliance.
Review Budz uses trusted service providers to operate the app. These may include Firebase and Google Cloud services for authentication, database, storage, app distribution, diagnostics, and notifications; RevenueCat for subscription entitlement management; Apple and Google for app distribution and in-app purchases; and email or support tools where needed to respond to you.
Google Search Console can show which Google searches lead to our pages. It does not add a tracking tag to this website. For aggregate readership statistics, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics on the public home, About and review-guide pages only. Its current status for this browser is shown below. We do not measure patient review or share links, account activity, or pages in the app through this website tool.
Cloudflare Web Analytics records page views, broad referring websites, device and browser types, country and page-load timings. We use those totals to improve the website, not for advertising, individual profiling or medical decisions. It does not set analytics cookies. Cloudflare's dashboard currently provides up to six months of results; its unsampled beacon data is retained for seven days before longer-term aggregation and sampling. You can object at any time using the control below. We store only your opt-out choice in this browser so future visits remain excluded. If that preference cannot be read, we do not load the analytics beacon. Opting out cannot remove a page view already counted before your choice.

Review Budz keeps information for as long as needed to provide the app, maintain community content, support subscriptions, comply with platform and legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and keep backups. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect app data, but no service can guarantee perfect security.
Review Budz is intended for adults. The app is not intended for children, and users must not upload content involving minors or use the app to target, exploit, or endanger children.
We may update this policy as Review Budz changes. The latest version will be published on this page with the updated date above.
